Meet-and-greet at TNG — how it works
Where to find your driver: After you collect your luggage and exit the arrivals hall, walk through the sliding doors into the public meet-and-greet area. Your driver will be standing just outside arrivals, holding a printed name sign with your name on it.
How we contact you: The day before your flight (or the morning of), we send you a WhatsApp message with your driver’s name, photo and phone number.
Flight delays: We track your flight number. If you’re delayed, the driver adjusts the pick-up time at no extra charge. We wait up to 60 minutes after your plane lands.
Top tip: Ignore anyone inside the terminal shouting “taxi” or “transfer.” Walk straight outside to the driver holding your name sign.
