- When to go. Opening hours are Mon–Fri 09:30–22:00; Sat–Sun 10:00–22:00. Tangier eats late: locals fill up after 9pm in summer, so arrive earlier if you want a table without waiting.
- Paying. Carry some cash in dirham. Larger places take cards, but smaller cafés and family kitchens in Tangier often do not, and card machines go offline more than you would like.
