Parasailing is the easiest way to see Tangier from above without a helicopter. You are winched up from the back of the boat, you fly for around fifteen minutes over the bay, and you come back down onto the deck — usually completely dry.
It suits people who would never call themselves adventurous. There is no skill involved, no swimming, and you are strapped into a harness with a crew member handling everything.
Flights run through the summer season from the Corniche side of the bay, weather permitting. Because slots depend on wind and sea state, we confirm times on WhatsApp rather than selling fixed departures you might lose.

What the flight is like
You board a small speedboat, get fitted with a life jacket and harness, and are clipped to the canopy at the stern. The boat accelerates, the line pays out, and you rise gently — there is no jump and no drop.
At full line you are high enough to see the port, the medina wall and, on a clear day, the Spanish coast across the strait. The crew brings you back down onto the deck at the end.

Who it suits
Couples, teenagers and first-timers do this more than anyone. It is calm, short and photogenic, which makes it a good first activity on arrival day.
Weight limits apply for tandem flights and very young children cannot fly. Send us the ages and rough weights and we will tell you straight away what works.
When to go
The season runs roughly May to October. Mornings are usually the calmest; wind picks up through the afternoon and can pause flights entirely.
If wind stops your slot, we move you to the next workable time or refund what you have paid. We will not send you to the beach to find out on the day.
